Starting next week, students will have the opportunity to volunteer the end of their lunch time to do the 7 Minute Workout with me. The modified workout is attached (#5 has been altered from the stand on a chair exercise to running in place). Students were given a copy of the workout today so that they are familiar with the exercises beforehand. If interested, there are a variety of 7 minute workout apps that follow the same exercises.
